You can pay at the convenience stores listed above.

After clicking "Order Complete", you will be redirected to the convenience store payment site KOMOJU.
Please confirm the payment amount and enter your payment information and then proceed with the purchase.

Please be sure to transfer the correct amount. Please note that we cannot refund any overpayments.
Please note that if the payment deadline has passed, your order will be invalid and will not be completed even if you transfer the money.
Please keep the receipt and payment slip issued when you complete your payment, as well as the inquiry number if you used online banking. (If we are unable to confirm your payment, we may not be able to provide support after your purchase.)
Products will be delivered after we have confirmed that the payment has been made to the designated account. Even if the transfer procedure has been completed, if the payment has not been made to the designated account due to financial institution closures, etc., the delivery will be confirmed on the next business day. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

About Shipping

  • Delivery company: Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express
  • Average delivery time: 1-3 days
  • Shipping: Shipping is free.
  • Delivery area: We cannot deliver to Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you would like a refund or return, please contact us using the inquiry form.

  • We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    • - Example 1) Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
    • - Example 2) Products used by the customer
    • - Example 3) Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer


■If you do not pick up your package within the shipping company's storage period or if the address is unknown, your package will be returned to our store.
In such cases, a fee will be charged for re-delivery or cancellation.

■Exchanges and returns due to customer convenience Unused, unopened products If the product is eligible for return, we can accept it.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to let us know you wish to return it.
In the case of exchanges or returns due to customer reasons, we will charge or deduct the shipping costs from the refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

■Delivery by trackable mail (Yamato Transport) Some small items will be delivered by mail. In this case, it is not possible to specify the date, time, or location.

■Once your order is placed, it will be processed automatically and we will not be able to change the delivery address.
Please be sure to check that the information you have entered is correct before placing your order.
If you need to change your address after placing your order, please contact the shipping company directly after shipping and arrange for forwarding.
Please note that you may be required to pay the shipping costs for forwarding.

If the return is due to a reason attributable to us, we will promptly exchange the product for the same item in stock, with shipping costs borne by us. Please note that if the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your money.

How to use

The following environment is required to use My salon closet (hereinafter referred to as "this site"). Please enable JavaScript and cookies in your web browser. Ordering process

1. Add the product to your shopping cart.

Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product list page or product details page to proceed to the shopping cart screen.

*You can purchase up to 10 items per product per order. *The product will not be reserved until your order is complete. Please be sure to proceed to the order completion screen (payment completion screen).

[Caution regarding product containers and labels]

The bottle and nozzle shapes, label designs, etc. of the products on this website may change at any time depending on the manufacturing period. Please note that the actual appearance may differ from the product photos.

2. Enter your customer information

Follow the flow on the purchase screen to enter and select the required information, such as your name, address, and payment method.

[Characters that cannot be entered when registering as a member]

Please note that device-dependent characters such as old kanji characters may cause garbled characters and cannot be entered. Please check before entering.

3. Confirm your order

Please fill in all the necessary information in the form and confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email.

4. Shipping of Products

After the product has been shipped, we will send you a "Product Shipping Notification" email.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of your order after we have sent you the "Product Shipping Notification" email.



About points

You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen spent on your order.
The accumulated points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.


About the delivery note

We do not issue delivery notes.
For details of your order, please check your order history or order confirmation email.


About receipts

Members can issue a ticket from their purchase history on their My Page.
If you are ordering using cash on delivery or deferred payment, please use the receipt issued at the time of payment.

About gift wrapping

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently not offering gift wrapping services on this website. We are planning to start this service in the future, so we ask for your patience.
