Returns and Exchanges

We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Ordering process
1. Add the product to your shopping cart.

2. Enter your customer information

*The "desired delivery date" you specify does not guarantee delivery. We may not be able to meet your request due to unpredictable circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, or busy delivery periods. We appreciate your understanding.
Delivery date and time specification
You can choose a delivery date up to approximately 14 days in advance. (The earliest delivery date varies depending on the delivery area and the date and time of order.)
- On the "Enter order information" screen, you can specify a date and time from the dates and times displayed under "Desired delivery date/desired delivery time slot."
- If you do not specify a delivery date and time ("No preference"), your order will be delivered as soon as it is ready. This is not the fastest delivery time, so if you would like it delivered as soon as possible, please specify a date and time.
- The date and time you specify is merely a preferred date and does not guarantee delivery. The delivery date may be earlier or later due to unpredictable circumstances such as traffic conditions. Please also note that we may not be able to deliver your order as requested during busy periods such as the start of new lives and the New Year holidays.
- For some areas, such as Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, we may contact you separately after your order has been placed.
- Changes cannot be made after an order has been placed. Please contact the delivery company using the tracking number provided in the shipping completion email.
- It may take longer during long holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays, as well as during busy periods for starting new lives.
